Pressure rod quality problem
Material defects: If the pipe wall of the pressure bar uses inferior steel, the thickness is insufficient or the material is not uniform, the pressure resistance will not meet the standard requirements. In the normal pressure change or use process, it is easy to rupture, explosion and other situations.
Manufacturing process problems: In the production process, if the welding process of the pressure rod is not up to standard, there are problems such as virtual welding and missing welding, which will reduce the overall structural strength of the pressure rod. When the internal air pressure increases, cracks may appear in the weld, which can cause an explosion. In addition, the sealing process is poor, resulting in gas leakage, and in the case of internal pressure imbalance after an attempt to repair or gas leakage, it may also cause an explosion.
Improper pressure control: The pressure inside the pressure rod needs to be precisely controlled within a certain range. If during the inflation process, excessive gas is filled, so that the internal pressure is too high, exceeding the endurance limit of the pressure rod, it will increase the risk of explosion.
Use and maintenance problems
Overuse and aging: The frequent use of air pressure office chairs for a long time will make the air pressure rod withstand continuous pressure and friction. With the increase of use time, the piston, sealing ring and other components inside the pressure rod will gradually wear and age, resulting in reduced sealing performance and unstable internal pressure, which will cause an explosion.
Wrong operation: If the user often adjust the height of the seat too hard, or carry out a large amount of shaking, jumping and other non-standard behaviors on the seat, the pressure rod will be subjected to additional impact and pressure, easy to destroy the internal structure of the pressure rod, make the pressure imbalance, increase the possibility of explosion.
Lack of maintenance inspection: If the office chair is not maintained and inspected for a long time, it will not be able to find whether the pressure rod has surface wear, scratches, corrosion and other problems. These seemingly minor injuries can accumulate over time to weaken the pressure rods, eventually leading to an explosion.
Environmental factor
Temperature change: If the temperature of the office environment is too high, the gas inside the pressure bar will expand due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in an increase in air pressure. When the temperature rises to a certain extent, the air pressure exceeds the ability of the pressure rod, it may cause an explosion. On the contrary, in an environment where the temperature is too low, the material of the pressure rod may become brittle, the toughness is reduced, and the situation is more likely to break.
Humidity impact: In a humid environment, the pressure bar is easy to rust and corrodes, especially where the surface is scratched or the protective coating is damaged. Corrosion causes the tube walls of the pressure rods to thin and lose strength, which can no longer withstand the normal internal pressure, eventually leading to an explosion.
